Build your order on the site, then send it to us on WhatsApp — your basket arrives already typed out. We confirm what’s in stock and your exact delivery cost, and take it from there. You’re always talking to a real person, not a bot.

We dispatch Fridays and Saturdays. Order Monday to Thursday and it goes out that same week; orders that come in over the weekend are confirmed Monday morning for that week’s dispatch.

Delivery starts from ₦4,000 within Lagos and ₦7,000 for the rest of Nigeria. The exact cost depends on your address, so we confirm it on WhatsApp before you pay. Orders above ₦200,000 within Lagos ship free.

Both. We deliver anywhere in Nigeria, and if you’re in Lagos you can also collect in person instead of paying for delivery.

We’re on WhatsApp Monday to Thursday, 8am to 7pm, and reply within about 30 minutes during those hours.

By bank transfer, once we’ve confirmed your order total and delivery cost. Send us a screenshot of the transfer and we get your order moving. Nothing is charged automatically on the site.

Yes. The website only prepares your order — no card details, no payment on the site. You review everything with us on WhatsApp and only pay by transfer after your total is confirmed.

Our oils come in five grades — Premium, Top, Super, Alpha and 2x Alpha — priced by how long they hold. Premium is an everyday scent lasting a few hours; 2x Alpha holds for over 48 hours. The Compare Grades page breaks down exactly what each one does.

No. Our oils are original impressions inspired by well-known fragrances — they’re not the designer perfumes themselves, and we’re not affiliated with the brands we reference. We name them so you know the scent direction; what you’re buying is our own graded oil.

Yes — that’s our promise to resellers. The oil in your next order is the same source, grade and strength as your last, so the signature you build your brand on doesn’t drift between batches.

Message us with your order number and we’ll make it right — we stand behind every bottle we send out, and we’d rather sort it out than have you guess wrong twice.

Start with the smallest size of a scent, or a Starter pack, before you commit to volume. If you’re not sure which grade or scent fits, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll point you the right way.

Oil, a base (perfumer’s alcohol or ethanol, or DPG for an alcohol-free dilution), a fixative to make it last, and bottles. You can buy each separately, or start with a “Start your line” pack that bundles everything at one price.
