Plain-language terms so you know what you’re buying before you order. If anything here isn’t clear, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll walk you through it.

Who you’re buying from

This website is operated by Beyond The Bottles Enterprises, a business registered in Nigeria under RC 9802759 and trading as Beyond The Bottle. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, that is the company you are contracting with, and it is the name that appears on our invoices and bank transfers.

Our impressions

Every perfume oil we sell is an original Beyond The Bottle oil, made to our own formula and inspired by a well-known fragrance. It is not the designer or niche product it references, and it does not contain that product. All brand and fragrance names are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the scent direction of our impression. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any of the brands named on this site.

Product images and packaging

Product images on this site are for illustration only. The oils are shown in a representative bottle for their grade, not a photograph of the exact item you’ll receive. The bottle shape, cap, label, and finish you receive may differ from what’s pictured, and packaging can change without notice as stock is refreshed. Where a size or pack quantity is stated in the listing, that is what governs your order, not the photo. Colour may also vary slightly between screens.

Grades, longevity and scent

Our five grades (Premium, Top, Super, Alpha, and 2x Alpha) describe relative concentration and expected longevity, not a guarantee of a fixed number of hours. How a fragrance performs depends on your skin, the weather, and how it’s applied. Tasting notes and scent descriptions are our own guidance to help you choose, not an exact specification.

Prices

Standard prices are shown on the site so you can work out your costs before you contact us. Prices may change, and the price we confirm on WhatsApp at the time you order is the one that applies. Some large or custom quantities are priced on request.

Ordering and confirmation

Adding items here builds a WhatsApp message with your order pre-filled. Nothing is charged on this website, and an order isn’t final until we confirm it with you on WhatsApp, by a person. We reply within about 30 minutes during our order hours. We may decline or adjust an order if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error.

Delivery

Delivery starts from ₦4,000 within Lagos and from ₦7,000 outside Lagos. The exact cost of deliveries outside Lagos depends on your location and the size or weight of your package, and is confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. Delivery goes out nationwide, or you can collect in Lagos.

Because of the volume of orders we pack, orders are only dispatched on Fridays and Saturdays. An order placed during the week is dispatched on the next dispatch day (Friday or Saturday), while orders placed late Friday are dispatched the next week. We only send an order out before then in rare cases, or where express delivery is requested, which costs extra and is quoted on WhatsApp.

Counting from the day your order is dispatched, expect 1–3 business days within Lagos and 4–7 business days outside Lagos.

These timelines are our normal turnaround, not a guarantee. Delays are possible for logistics reasons outside our control, once your order is with a courier. If your order is urgent, express delivery is the best route, so ask us for a quote before you pay.

Refunds

Once your order has been dispatched and is en route, we can no longer refund it. The same applies to an order refused at delivery, or one declined because nobody was available to receive it: the delivery has been paid for and the goods have travelled, so that cost cannot be returned to us. Custom and personalised blends are non-refundable once production begins, because they are mixed for you alone and cannot be resold. And because fragrance is personal and hygiene-sensitive, we cannot take back an oil simply because the scent was not to your taste, so start small if you are unsure.
